However, all is not lost....
To get the mercedes Factory Service Manuals, you can
1. buy them online. I don't remember exactly where I got mine (mbusa.com I think), but I got the W124 manual for about $20. Put it on your computer with the free html indexes kindly freely available from steve nervig. A place like this is where you could buy them . Or get them from www.mbusa.com which has the official 2 CD service manual for $ 20.
2. Download them from a bittorrent site like mininova.org
You will need a bit torrent client like uTorrent or Azureus (use 2.5.0.4 not 4/Vuze). Make sure you are running peer guardian 2 at anytime you have the bit torrent client (Azureus or uTorrent) running to avoid baddies connecting to your computer.
I like azureus becuase it has lots of features, but it is resource hungry. utorrent is simple, small and fast. your choice.
